Some days are just bad
days, that's all. You have to experience sadness to know
happiness, and I remind myself that not every day is going
to be a good day, that's just the way it is!
Every human walks around with a certain kind of sadness.
They may not wear it on their sleeves, but it's there if you
Itís bad to lose someone you love, but itís even harder to
lose yourself while youíre loving them.
Iím having one of those days where I feel like the entire
world is crashing around me, but Iím powerless to stop it.
All I can do is keep on living.
I do believe that if you haven't learnt about sadness, you
cannot appreciate happiness.
We are more unhappy to see people ahead of us than happy to
see people behind us.
There are moments when I wish I could roll back the clock
and take all the sadness away, but I have the feeling that
if I did, the joy would be gone as well.
There are some of us here who are just trying to get through
the day without completely falling apart.
Moving on is the only option because if you donít, you will
wind up being stuck wherever you are.
Thereís no reason to always pretend to be strong. You donít
have to prove to everyone that youíre happy and everythingís
going well all the time.
Iím terrified of being happy because every time I think Iím
finally happy, something winds up going wrong.
Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations
Itís the invisible tears that are the hardest to wipe away.
Sorrows cannot all be
explained away in a life truly lived, grief and loss
accumulate like possessions.
Nobody deserves your tears, but whoever deserves them will
not make you cry.
Smile, even if it's a sad smile, because sadder than a sad
smile is the sadness of not knowing how to smile.
